Who we are

What we collect

When you sign up on this website we collect your email address and the zodiac sign you choose. We also record the date of your sign-up and of your confirmation, as proof of your consent.

Why we collect it

We use your data only to send you the sky of your sign and emails about the Akhuyet tarot decks and our Kickstarter campaign. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box and confirming your email address.

Who processes it

Your data is stored and our emails are sent through MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers act only on our behalf and under their own data protection terms. Fonts are stored on our own server: your browser does not contact Google or other font services.

Your location

The sky on our home page is calculated inside your browser. By default it uses an approximate place derived from your device's time zone. If you choose "See your exact sky", your browser asks for permission to use your location; it is used only on your device to draw the sky, and it is never sent to us or stored.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@akhuyet.com. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
